VIETNAM RICE GRAINS – THE ESSENCE OF CONVERGENCE AT VIETNAM FOODEXPO 2023

 The rice price fever still shows no signs of cooling down. As of the end of August, Vietnam exported 6 million tons of rice, reaching a turnover of nearly 2.3 billion USD, equivalent to the record for the whole year 2022. According to the Vietnam Food Association (VFA), many countries around the world have Increase imports of Vietnamese rice due to supply shortage in the global market.

 The Ministry of Industry and Trade forecasts that Vietnam’s rice exports are expected to continue to grow in the last 4 months of this year, thanks to a sudden increase in orders from a number of emerging markets.
